Custom slaughter, final retail cuts will be frozen , wrapped with butcher paper.
Deposit 200 dollars before Slaughter. charged base on 250 lbs live hog, which will produce hanging weight 180-200lbs half carcass on the rail, further process dressed weight 150-180 lbs custom retail cuts ( choose from fresh, cured ,smoked, see detail @ processing form)
Final charge = $5.6 x hanging weight + $20 ( or pre arranged delivery fee based on distance )
