Deposit 100 dollars charge base on 250 lbs live hog, half hog will produce 80-90 lbs half carcass on the rail, further process 55 - 75 retail cuts ( choose from fresh, cured ,smoked, see detail @ processing form )
Final charge = $6.0 x hanging weight + $20 ( or pre arranged delivery fee based on distance )
